Beginners' courses in funding applications

New to making grant applications? Feeling out of your depth? Don't despair! Our Get Grant Ready – A Beginner’s Course in Funding Applications can guide you through.

Training investment: A rate of £145 plus VAT per person, which includes lunch and light refreshments during the day and covers the costs of course material.

Special rate: £250 for 2 people attending the same course date from the same organisation.

Our courses are designed specifically for people in the not-for-profit sector who are new to fundraising. (It is not necessary to be a GRANTfinder subscriber.) They aim to provide the tools necessary to understand the various sources of funding, with a view to writing winning applications and maximising your organisation’s chance of grants success.

Our courses are ideal for anyone who has been thrown into funding at the deep end, helping to develop and equip you with the skills needed to confidently research and apply for funding. Click here for a typical programme outline.

Inhouse Courses

For organisations wishing to run a closed course at their own offices, costs are as follows:

• Up to 6 attendees: £725 + VAT.*
• Up to 10 attendees: £935 + VAT.*

The above prices exclude travel expenses (charged at 45p per mile from the Idox offices in Wilmslow, Cheshire), plus overnight expenses (where warranted by the distance involved).
