Bid Writing Workshop

This training course will provide delegates with practical bid writing techniques, enabling them to produce focused proposals, increase their success rates and win new resources for their organisation.

Idox’s Bid Writing Workshop is ideal for staff from public and not-for-profit organisations who are expected to write funding applications as part of their job role. Delegates are encouraged to bring along funding applications they are working on, or bids that have previously been submitted by their organisation for use in the practical elements of the day.

Training investment: An introductory rate of £185 plus VAT per person, which includes lunch and light refreshments during the day and covers the costs of course material.

Special rate: £330 for 2 people attending the same course date from the same organisation.

Inhouse Courses

For organisations wishing to run a closed course at their own offices, costs are as follows:

  • Up to 10 attendees: £1,300 + VAT.*

The above prices exclude travel expenses (charged at 45p per mile from the Idox offices in Wilmslow, Cheshire), plus overnight expenses (where warranted by the distance involved).

About the course provider:

This course will be led by Sue Scott whose 18-year career at Groundwork UK included an extensive track record of developing new business opportunities and generating income. In this former role, she successfully obtained funds totalling more than £10 million from Government Departments, the corporate sector, lottery bodies and charitable trusts, and now spends her time advising others on how to do the same.
